Threads of Friendship

I always make some of these just to have on hand. I've changed the poem from friendship to Mom,Sister,Aunt etc. whatever I needed at the time..Just a spool of thread some pearls flowers anyway you want to decorate it..I've also used wooden spools and added yarn etc.when I didn't have a real spool of thread.. I printed the poem on my computer..TFL I enjoy reading your comments..

Cricut Cardz Challenge #51

This weeks challenge was to make a Thanksgiving card using the colors blue,brown,orange,yellow & white.Using any cricut cart. I used a Child's Year.

Fantbulous Cricut Challenge Get Well Card

I've made this card many times and filled it up with tea light candles, potpourri, and now for this challenge I used cough drops..I covered the opening with tulle.The tea pot/cup came from From My Kitchen Cart.The apple from Plantin School Bk. The tag which holds a tea bag and my sentiment from Tags Bags Boxes & More. The Flower and Leave from Home Accents..Enjoyed doing the challenge..TFL & I ENJOY reading your comments.

Cricut Card Challenge

I'm loving these challenges I don't enter all I would like to but they do challenge you do think outside your comfort zone..For this challenge I used the Wild Card cart.
I made the card at 4in. printed out a Xmas tree from my Print Shop card program added acetate and a bow..On the inside I kept it simple with a Merry Christmas stamp..Would love to know what you think of it..TFL

Wall Hanging of my Grand-daughters photo

I thought my grand daughters school picture came out so beautiful I had to make something special to put it in..I was inspired by RoseS915 on You Tube she made a 12x12 layout of her daughter that came out beautiful..So with that inspiration in mind I came out with this wall hanging, on the back I added a large 2 page tag for journaling..I also made the flowers, I used a push pin with a flower to hang it up.

What do you do with your old boots?

I really liked these boots(they were really OLD) until I bought another pair I liked better ;o) I altered the boot for a corner floor decoration or a door stop..I stuffed the boot with tissue paper, then put in a drinking glass and styrofoam, Which held my flower arrangement it can be changed whenever I want a different look..I glittered the heal, added fringe, pearls, laced in gold ribbon..I glued it on a mini stool I painted.. I really like the way it came out..Would love to know what you think..TFL

My Porch View

Just wanted to share our view from our front porch I never get tired looking at it..Although soon it will be covered with snow.Thats beautiful too but I rather look the Fall colors..TFL
